    <description>&lt;P&gt;The BT WiFi app works fine, and I am using my own router.&amp;nbsp; The My BT app comes up with the"Oops" message every time - I've cleared data and emptied caches, uninstalled and re-installed, it just doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; While you can see the log-in in the background, that page is never presented for input!&amp;nbsp; Logging into the MyBT via the website is no problem whatsoever!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="New video (1).gif" style="width: 640px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/80662iAC18FFCEE7AA22D4/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="New video (1).gif" alt="New video (1).gif" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have to say, after sigining up to Fibre 900 on 14th April I had a text on the 18th informing me that I now had access to the BT WiFi app.&amp;nbsp; Even with the Fibre 900 up and running the My BT app though refuses to run:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_2023-05-05-13-55-04-194_com.bt.png" style="width: 200px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/80659i514399822725E9B1/image-size/small?v=v2&amp;amp;px=200" role="button" title="Screenshot_2023-05-05-13-55-04-194_com.bt.png" alt="Screenshot_2023-05-05-13-55-04-194_com.bt.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe it's because I'm using my own router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;you can sign up for BTWIFI and still use your own router.&amp;nbsp; you should still be able to login and use BTWIFI&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you get the same error message when trying to login to MyBT on the &lt;A href="http://home.bt.com" target="_blank"&gt;HTTP://home.bt.com&lt;/A&gt; or only on the app?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that the app doesn't appear to be loading up right for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you restart your phone for me completely? Try the app afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's still not loading up, let me know the make and model of your phone so I can see if we can replicate it or not.&lt;/P&gt;
