    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently switched to BT FTTH 500Mb&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Used TopCashBack for for £105 cashback.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It tracked right up until it went live and then it went to declined. I’ve filed a dispute as can see no reason why it would have declined but disheartened to see and I can help but feel it was left pending right up to the point of go live. The dispute says it can take months which would take me out of a cooling off period.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Why would this have declined at this stage?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Cashback would not have been paid anyway, until you were outside of the cancellation period.&lt;/P&gt;
