How can you get a confirmed date for installation

I have ordered fibre and have access to My Bt

I was given an estimated date for a visit from Open Reachno one turned up.

A week later 3 vans and 4 people turned up. Unfortunately I was away and they needed a signature for running the fibre across my garden.

Move on a week and another estimated date for a visit 2 turn up to survey the installation route and get my signature.Incidently they came from Nth Wales and Stockport,and I live in Sheffield

2 days later 2 more turn up saying the first two hadn’t done the paperwork right, from a Manchester this time.sprayed a line on the pavement and our house wall.

Still no firm date for installation of the fibre to our house.

What a farce, no wonder price of Broadband has gone up when engineers have to travel 30+ miles to a job.
