Mini hub still not arrived

Moved house 28th April, ordered new broadband for new house, was told mini hub would be sent to stay connected until 20th May when engineer will visit. Still not arrived and no contact as to why, any ideas?

Call BT 0330.1234.150 and ask the Customer Service rep.
