Reward card

Hello,

Joined BT broadband 2 months ago and still cannot find my reward card. Can anyone help please?

Thank you for your response. I telephoned the helpdesk and they gave me a website to go onto, however, there was no link for an email to be sent for my reward card as the advisor had said there would be. He has now given me a number to call tomorrow, so the missing reward card saga continues.
