Xbox game pass

I had BT BB installed today and I have received my email for the free 6 months game pass.

To get started, log in to My BT, head for the Content Partner section, and click Add Now.

I have spent an hr looking to setup is up and got no where!

Am I missing something? Tried on both mobile browsers and app, read the sticky

Any help much appreciated.

there are numerous posts like yours on forum using search

you need to wait until first bill paid and also need to log in to MYBT using a web browser not phone app

I didn't have to wait for the first bill, but it was four or five days after the install before the XBox offer became claimable in my MyBT!

Hi @Boobooman, I called earlier; sorry I missed you. I wanted to check that you've now claimed the Xbox pass ok. Please reply back and let me know if it's sorted or you still need help with this.
