Xbox Game Pass Expired Early

Hi,

I got the Xbox game pass ultimate when I purchased my bt broadband package.

I activated the game pass in December 22, its showing on my BT account as due to expire in Dec 23, however on Microsoft it's showing as expired on 25th March. Is anyone able to assist with getting the game pass reactivated on Microsoft?
