Reward card issue

i have been having an issue claiming my reward my first bill was the 4th feb i hit the claim button was told on the 18th feb that the card was on the way but everytime i track my reward it says its not claimed i click claim and still nothing i`ve done this 4 times leaving it 2 weeks between each attempt and everytime it says it`s not claimed
