Used the referral link to sign up to FTTP - had the email confirming that it'd been registered & would be issued after the first bill. 7 weeks later and there's still no sign of it for either myself or the person that sent me the link.

Whose palm do I need to cross with silver to get this sorted? Don't really fancy being on the phone for hours if I can help it!
