Hi I signed up to the bt fibre 2 package but have still not received my Amazon £100 voucher could you please me what i need to do,it has been over 30 days since i went live.

Hi @Paintermark, sorry you've not received your vouchers yet.
Is it the Refer a Friend to BT Broadband offer you're referring to? If so you should receive the rewards within 45 days of the friends broadband activation date.

Hi @Paintermark, I'm sorry I'm not aware of any other offer with an Amazon voucher. There could be as there are many offers.
Was your order placed directly on bt.com or did you get a referral link from a third party website like MSE for example?

It was on the uswitch website when you sign up as a new customer for fibre 1 or 2
