    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to take over an account to ensure the Broadband doesn't get turned off if BT are contacted by solicitors informing them the account holder has deceased.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the login for MyBT and the current payment method is&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cash &amp;amp; cheque. I can therefore pay the next bill online via CC.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I keep paying will the broadband stay active?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I change account holder details?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The Bereavement Team will be able to help you take over the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Bereavement team is available on 0800 169 1663. Opening hours are 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Saturday, and 9am to 6pm Sunday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
