The process normally takes about 5 working days after we have sent it.</P><P>If you would rather we, as moderators, picked this up and got it sent back to you we can. It will take us longer though as it will be 1-3 working days before we can pick up new cases at present. They sorted it out and sent the refund by bank transfer after confirming stuff. Took a few days, but way faster than waiting for a letter.</P> <P>I also had some weird issues with pages not loading properly, so I tested things—it’s just a secure work login site I use, helped me check my browser wasn’t acting up.</P> <P>Hope you get your refund soon—and yeah, Marvin gets it.
