    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen a good few threads about this so I'm hopeful someone can help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased BB through top cashback , everything was fine where £100 was showing in my account then it got declined.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went with BT due to getting this cashback as it made it overall better priced than competition.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have raised a ticket with top cashback but can can someone from BT explain why it been declined?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please PM for order number etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/130414"&gt;@RobbieMac&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if your Cashback with TopCashBack is showing as being declined.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have raised a dispute with TopCashBack, they will investigate this and contact BT if necessary to find out why the payment has been declined. TopCashback will then update you with the reasons.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please keep us posted and let us know once you had a response from TopCashBack.&lt;/P&gt;
