Hello

Due to move into a new build house shortly so was looking up deals, happened to put in the postcode for another part of the estate as I wasn't sure if mine would be available yet, although it turned out it was.

However completely different deals are being offered to a house a few streets away? Is this normal practice, didn't know there were two tiers of new customer, thought you only got a bum deal as an existing customer.

different products, packages and services vary from ADSL all the way to FTTP.

depending on what services are available and what packages have been selected the price will vary.

Full Fibre 900 With Halo 3+ & Complete WiFi is the most expensive package along with VIP TV Package.

you can just have FF900 instead for less.

But generally speaking most offers are available to all customers until the promotion end date.

Each property doesn’t end to have different packages and prices as the customers choices can increase or decrease the price.
