    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just come back to BT after 8+ years and having trouble logging into my account and claiming my reward card. I'm asked to select which account when claiming my reward card but I can only select the old account. Once I'm logged in I can select my new account but end up with a blank page. I'm also not able to switch account to view my products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;@PaddyB&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/211700" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;@JohnC2&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have seen in an old post that you helped get the account removed, could you do the same for me please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
