No details on BT account

Every time I log on to my account it says 'no details can be found'. I can't see any billing or product information and can't manage my account like i was told i would be able to.

Sorry you're having problems with your MYBT. Have all your orders closed and all services are now connected?

Hi @JLM1, thanks for getting in touch. The old account has now been removed from your BTID. Please would you log in and check that you can now view your account ok and let me know.

Hi @JLM1, the new account has been correctly linked to your BTID now and you should be able to log in and view your account ok. Please let me know if it's working ok?
