£70 reward card

I've been sent several emails to claim my reward card, when I click the link and select the account, I'm just met with a blank page, any one know how to fix it?

Hi @Camg87, Sorry you're having trouble claiming your reward.
Have you set up your BTID and claimed the Account Holder status? What is a BT ID and how can I get one? | BT Help

Did you previously has a BT account with us under the same BTID?

Yeah I've set everything up, but when I click claim, than log in and click the account number, I'm just met with a blank page

It will be sent to your email address and keep a check in case in ends up getting allocated to the spam/junk folder.
