Hi @Sledgehammer, sorry your cash back has been cancelled.

Has you order completed yet or was it cancelled and re-issued?

I've been live 3 weeks today and the cashback was cancelled sometime last week.

If yes, what did Topcashback say to you when you raised your missing cashback claim?

We just wanted to let you know your claim was submitted to the retailer, via their tracking network on 24/05/2023. While we can’t make any changes to the claim now it’s been submitted we’ll let you know as soon as we hear back. Generally we find it takes around about 12-16 weeks to get a result for claims like yours. Sometimes it can be a little longer or indeed shorter but what we can assure you is that as soon as we know anything, we will let you know. In the future you will be able to post on your claim but in the meantime, our team continues to work really hard to get a result from the network for you and we will let you know as soon as we do have an outcome.

Thanks for getting back to me @Sledgehammer.

As long as it isn't sitting rejected or cancelled now then it should go through providing your order completed successfully.

Topcashback can contact us within a few days so it should not take them that long providing they're doing it right internally.
