&lt;P&gt;I have removed the old account completely as it may have been causing problems with it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your active account wasn't associated to your BTID either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you give it a try for me? If it's still not showing, let me know and I'll get in touch with our developers.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to redeem my game pass for xbox, i recently upgraded to 900 package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when I log into My BT, there is no Content Partner Section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Check to see if you can see if the Content Partners section is now available to you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still cannot see it, please make sure your account is showing as the Account Holder:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is with currently our developers to work on. Originally, your new account wasn't on your MyBT which was the reason that you couldn't see any content partners.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's now not fully on it which is why you still cannot access it. Once they've finished working on it, I will get in touch so you can reset your password and access it again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've also removed the account numbers from your public post.&lt;/P&gt;
