Unable to cancel free trial of Now TV boost

Hi, signed up for Now TV boost trial which clearly states that you can cancel at any time.

The boost isn't for me, so have decided that I do not want it.

However cannot cancel, the boost. When I click on the option to manage boost, I'm only offered to add more services without no option to remove the boost. (I still want to retain the Now TV Entertainment package)

I wish for the boost to be removed.

My wife has managed to have the free trial cancelled by using live chat.
