How do I claim my amazon card and prepaid mastercard? Ive signed up through MSE and when I try to claim my rewards it takes me to a blank screen?

Hi @rachybmejo welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're getting a blank page when trying to claim the reward card. Do you have more than one account number associated with your BT ID? If you do make sure you're choosing the new account number from the drop-down option.

I was on the wrong account number but its says i have no rewards to claim but wont show history?

I havnt received anything yet but i it too early? Im unsure how I claim my amazon card through MSE
