    <description>&lt;P&gt;I referred my partner to bt broadband using the Amazon voucher scheme. She signed up and has been using your broadband since 18/4/23. She received an email on the 19/4/23 saying your voucher will be with you soon. Her first bill has been paid and it’s been nearly 2 months and neither of us have received our vouchers yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
