Not received £50 Amazon refer a friend voucher for two referals.

Both myself and my friends received an email stating we would receive a £50 Amazon voucher.

My friends have now paid two bills but neither of us have been sent our £50 Gift Card.

There isn't a link in the email to check the status of the referral.
