Xbox 12 Month Game Pass with Broadband Package

Hi. I've got the 12 month Xbox game pass included with my broadband which I upgraded yesterday - order is showing as complete on the tracking. When I go to the Content Partners section and click to add deal, it takes me through to a page detailing the offers, with an Add Now button. This button then takes me to a page with a code, saying that I'm getting 1 month free, not 12 months as is in the deal.

Can anyone help please? Does this just need more time to be applied?

You do get 12 months but it shows as 1 month at a time and renews for 12 months
