hello need help with what seems like a common problem i cannot activate my bt id any suggestions or help much appreciated Thank you

Hi can someone help me please I’m trying to activate my bt id but it’s saying my date of birth is wrong. How can I change it. I’ve tried ringing bt but get no answer. Sorry if I’m in the wrong board
