    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/87281"&gt;@Colin_London&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Surely they could automate this so that accounts get automatically updated when the return is scanned?"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe they need to check that the package actually contains what it is supposed to before "closing it off"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know for certain, but wouldn't be surprised if people have tried getting away with posting a brick, or similar, back to BT!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT device return problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned a device a BT TV set top box using the returns bag I got from ordering a returns bag on BT website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a post office proof of delivery and tracking number to say it was delivered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over 3 weeks later the it is still showing as not returned and have less than 15 days left. Or I will be charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website customer support doesn't work keeps giving me an internal error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any assistance will be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is presently taking four weeks to update accounts when an item is returned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your proof of delivery they will update your account for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
