if fixed term contract ended then you are still BT customer on a month to month contract. you can phone options team 0800800030 or retentions 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate to renew your contract. make sure you know BT's current publicised offers and also other ISP offers for same package

It can be luck of the draw who you talk to and when on the numbers you've been given.

For example I know people who've renewed at better than new customer prices.

Maybe it's possible, but I'm tired of talking to BT representatives with no real results.
