      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I placed an order for the broadband and it was due to come on the 27th… everything when though.. but yesterday I look on my bt and it says cancellation sorry your leaving… but I 100% have not cancelled.. I try to speak to someone yesterday but just keeps going from one person to another…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what would be the reason they have cancelled with no email or letting me know anything&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
