BT Reward Card Eligibility

Hi recently joined BT Broadband in May through think it was uswitch at the time when signing up it had £100 reward card on signup page but on contacting BT today they saying im uneligible for the reward which seems very strange they saying it was only available with full fibre which is not available in my area but 99.99% sure it was cleary stated on the web page sign up
