I dont understand if i agreed to a fixed price for 24mths how is it i am being charged more,i am already unhappy with the service that is provided from day 1 and because i have been unwell and had a lot of deaths in the family i overlooked checking my bills, only to come now and find out i have been charged extra. Can someone please explain to me how this is happening as i am considering ending the contract as this was the worst decision i have made for a broadband provider.😡😧🤢
