&lt;P&gt;You can always create a new BTID and claim the account holder status if you do have an email address that was never a BTID before, and you know your new BT account number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just re-joined BT but as I can see, by reading other threads that is is happening quite a bit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can some one PM me so we can organise for some old account to be removed from my BTID as I can't see bills, packages and offers etc as it defaults to one of the old account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can provide the account numbers to be deleted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BradShort&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
