I also have the exact same issue. Broadband set up, text saying gamepass is available, no reference to it anywhere at log in.

When did your service get activated?

Are you able to see your bill ok?

My service was activated two days ago, I can see my bill fine

Has the first bill been paid? If not once it's paid you'll see the game pass around 24 hours later.
