Reward card.

Hi. Recently joined BT broadband and still waiting for my prepaid reward card. Joined on 22/5 and it just says it’s coming soon. But I should have it within 30 days.

Hi @keithgmroberts,

Thank you for posting. You should normally receive the Reward Card with in 30 days of your service starting. When did your service get activated?
