Claim BT reward card

I placed a new order for Broadband and got the email to claim the reward. I click on the link and it opens a rewards page that tells you to log in with your BT ID to claim the reward. I log into my account and no where can I see where to claim it. Again today at 3am another email reminding me to claim it - please can you help?
