Amazon £100 sign up offer

Im getting frustrated with BT atm , signed up over 2months ago . Been on phone to pure-card and bt . Nobody’s helping with this Amazon £100 gift card.

genuinely been let down and looking to cancel my contract if not sorted .

Thank you for taking the time to post and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if you haven't received your Amazon Gift Card.

PureCard only deal with BT Reward Card, which is a digital prepaid credit card. They don't deal with Amazon Gift Cards.

How did you place your order was it placed through a 3rd party website? What was the offer?

Hi thank you for reply, this was on the bt website. I would say 2 months ago

I signed up on the main bt website 2 months ago as new customer

Hi @Jamiehammers,

Thank you for replying back. I'm not aware of any Amazon Gift Card being offered through the bt.com unless they are part of a referrer a friend offer.

When you placed your order did you get any confirmation emails confirming Amazon Gift Card or did you happen to take any screenshots of the offer?
