Returning old equipment

I upgraded my BT box a few weeks ago and was told a prepaid bag for returning the old one would turn up, but it never has. I've hunted all over the site but can't see how to request one.

Can you go to https://www.bt.com/help/tv/how-to-return-and-recycle-your-bt-broadband-hub-and-bt-tv-box-fo#:~:text=If%20we've%20asked%20you,days%20after%20your%20original%20request. and scroll down to the "How to return equipment to us" section?

It will tell you how you can order it. If that's not available to you, let me know so I can send you a private message with some details that we will need.
