BT Reward Card

Hi all,

I joined BT at the beginning of April and with the package that was entitled to a £110 reward card. I “claimed” the card as it stated and received an email saying my virtual card would be sent to me with how to activate it. I received this email on 30 April but never received an email about how to activate it. I only have 3 months from claiming so need to hurry up and sort it. I’m trying to attach a screenshot of my email and my account but don’t think it’s allowing me from my phone.

I am sorry for the delay receiving your reward card. I understand you claimed for the reward card in April so you really should have received it by now. Have you double checked your junk/spam folders just in case the email ended up there?
