How do I remove an old Account from MyBT

I have exactly the same problem. Please help to remove old account.

I'm PaddyB one of the Moderators and Guides here on the Community. I've moved you post onto its own thread as the last one had been marked as solved.

If you send me your details, I'll be able to get that old account removed.

Thank you for removing my old bt ID, however, my new address also was removed. Now I have my new ID with my very old address. I phoned today and tried to update the information but there is still my old address.

Hi monika82, sorry about that. I can see Paddy was in touch with you earlier today and he has corrected the address details now.
Please check and let me know if it's ok as we may have to delete it and get it set up again from scratch.
