    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have had my account reset yet I’m still seeing the same error message :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like you're leaving BT for another provider. So we won't be able to create personalised deals for you here. Give us a call on 0800 800 150 if you want to talk about your options.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bare in mind I’m not leaving BT and not authorised this. I have spoke. To them and they said they’ve reset my BT ID but I’m still facing the same issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you called did they advise they will delete the BTID and to wait 24hrs to create it again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;"&gt;The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise the request to get the current BTID fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;"&gt;Cheers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;"&gt;John&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
