How to merge 2 BT accounts

Hi. I have x2 BT accounts. I log in with one username/password to access my phone and broadband package and I log in with a second username/password to access my email. Is there any way to merge the two so I have everything within one account. I'm led to believe that people like myself who have very old accounts with BT can end up with this issue. Thanks.

You don't actually have 2 BT accounts, what you have is different username and passwords for 2 different things, email and your BTID.

Personally, I think the idea of common username and password for both is a bad idea, however, if you wish to set your BTID username and password to be the same as your email credentials you can change them here
