Hello

I have 2 old BT accounts I would like to get deleted, i have tried myself but can not seem to find an option to do this.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am sorry for the old accounts showing on your BTID and for the problems you've experienced getting these removed. Give my colleagues in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 and one of the guys will get you sorted.

I called the number: man on phone wasn’t much help said he can’t remove old accounts ? Just wondering how come some people have had them removed ?

Hi @KR85, sorry you weren't able to get this resolved when you called.
Normally we delete the BTID, providing you aren't using BT Cloud, and you can set it up again 24hrs after deletion.
Alternatively you can set up a new BTID with and email address that hasn't been used as a BTID before and that will work ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get this fixed.
