Returning Equipment

How can I find out the date that my equipment was issued? It doesn't seem to appear anywhere on my My TV. I've been asked to return equipment and there's a charge listed for both items in my My TV section. I was pretty sure it was sent before December 2019.

Hi @SharonB2 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. If a charge has been listed it means the equipment has been issued after 13th of December 2019 and I am confident this would be correct.

We can check the date the equipment was ordered and I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team.
