I've had the same issue....recently showed up on my credit file years after closing the email account....no idea why its shown up and its concerning me, especially with mortgage renewal due, I don't want anything unexpected to crop up. The address linked to it I moved from over 12 years old now.

@NeilO are you able to assist with my similar scenario?

Have you raised a case with your Equifax or Experian? They then contact our Credit Referral team who will investigate this fully.
