    <description>&lt;P&gt;Depends.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you getting Full Fibre, aka FTTP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so and there is no existing FTTP Infrastructure at the house then yes, you’ll definitely need to be home as they’ll need to install new equipment both outside and in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you moving to BT from another Supplier either using existing Fibre and Metallic Path?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes then they’ll probably just do a Working Line Takeover and if it’s FTTC an Engineer will most likely visit the PCP, aka Green Box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or like FTTP even if you’re starting up a brand new service delivered via a Metallic Path it may still require a visit as there maybe no historic record of a line being in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
