Trouble with BT account. You don’t have any accounts you can manage

I still cannot link my account to my BTID. I have tried numerous times and it states it has been done and may take up to 5 minutes but it never gets added. I just keep getting the yellow warning.

I choose the option to me as account holder and then I verify with the pin it sends to my email but it never works

can someone help link my account to my BTID?

Hi @Aigburd, sorry you're unable to link your account to your BTID.

The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise the request to get the BTID fixed.
