      <title>My BT/Add Account/Please choose how you'd like to receive the PIN - not given any options</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have just registered with MyBT. Have tried to add account but after adding accoung number am asked to confirm identity via a PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Confirm your identity&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your security, we need to send you a PIN.Please choose how you'd like to receive the PIN."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But there's no options to choose. And can't progress.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have deleted cookies, cleared cache and pop up blocker not enabled. Tried on different browsers and app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other suggestions please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
