      <title>Joined BT, contacted customer care, £50.00 amazon referral card not received.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been referred by my neighbour to join BT.&amp;nbsp; Now I have joined BT, following the link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I have paid already two bills, after contacting Customer care several times, they say they can not see anything, as it is an automated email. So how will I get the email because in one month, the 3 months will expire.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
