Cannot cancel BT sports

Can someone please help. I have been trying to cancel my monthly BT S ports subscription but cannot find an option to de-select or cancel both the package and the add on.
i am getting very frustrated and paying for something I don’t want due to my being unable to cancel it.
any ideas?

I can see you mentioned on your other post about a better deal for your broadband. Is the Sport charge included on your bill or do you pay for a Monthly Pass via credit/Debit card separate from your bill? discovery+ Premium (incl. TNT Sports) | Contract Free TNT Sports | BT

The monthly pass is the only one you can cancel on your MyBT but if it's part of your bill you'll need to call to cancel the Sport.
