&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;"&gt;The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.&amp;nbsp; If you don't have another email address&amp;nbsp;post back and let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>2 accounts, causing issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;accounts&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;listed to the same email address on MyBT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only 1 is active. (My new one)&amp;nbsp; How can I remove the inactive one so that I can see the details and make any changes on my active&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; and claim my rewards as content partner section is not visible in my new account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
