      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you're eligible for a gift card? normally the cards are for new customers as an introductory welcome gift, you've mentioned upgrading your broadband, as an existing customer this would exclude you from introductory offers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you outside the new 14 day cooling off period? any gifts with orders are typically sent when customers are outside the cooling off period, if you are outside that timeframe give BT a call, they'll have more info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
